___A moving meditation consisting of 19 simple movements and one stance. Each movement has a name, Rocking Motion, Carry the Ball, Bass Drum, etc. and is followed by a rest, making the form easy to learn and remember.
___A gentle, soft, effortless Qi Gong form which stimulates, circulates, balances, and stores the internal, vital energy known as the Chi.
___The number of practitioners and teachers are increasing annually as more and more people reap the benefits of T'ai Chi Chih.
___Classes are taught in Corporations, schools, hospitals, senior citizen centers, correctional facilities, parks and in private homes.

Berkeley Garden Classes:

Beginning classes: Learn all 19 moves and the one stance.
Classes start on Wed. Sept 17th and Continue through Oct. 26th, with the exception of October 8th.
Time: 5:30-6:30 pm
Place: Prince St. between Shattuck and Wheeler Sts.
Cost: $100.00 for 6 classes; $90.00 if registered before Sept. 10th

Self-Healing through Body, Mind and Spirit: Discussion and practice of self-healing techniques, such as meditation, breathing exercises, guided imagery, and energy healing.  Class also includes T'ai Chi Chih® instruction and practice, an easy-to-learn moving meditation.
